A timestamp is automatically attached to each photo at the time each photo is taken.
Patients can upload an optional caption with each photo which is shared with their healthcare provider.
The photos then upload to a web dashboard in chronological order each day which the patient's healthcare provider can review.
The healthcare provider can also review this visual food diary with the patient during a live video call using the FruitStreet.com website.
The provider can also comment on the individual photos of the food the patient took in between their video consultations.
The comments are sent back to the patient's phone as a push notification.
